Cookie policy
We use as few cookies as possible and always ask for consent for anything that is not strictly necessary. Last updated 30 July 2026.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. They are used to make the website work, to remember your choices and, with your consent, to understand how the website is used.
The categories we use
| Category | Purpose | Default | Can it be declined? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Security, sign-in to the client portal (session, CSRF protection), and remembering your cookie choice. | Always on | No, strictly necessary |
| Analytics | Anonymised understanding of how the website is used, in order to improve the experience. | Off | Yes |
| Marketing | Conversion measurement and remarketing. Not in use today, prepared for future use. | Off | Yes |
Manage your consent
You choose which categories you allow when you first visit the website. Optional categories stay off until you turn them on, and you can change your choice below whenever you want.
Retention period
Your consent choice is stored locally in your browser until you change it or clear your browser storage. The client portal session cookie is set when you sign in and expires when you sign out, or after 30 days at the latest.
Payment pages
When you select a plan and continue to payment, the checkout runs on our payment provider’s own pages under their cookie and privacy terms. We do not receive or store your card details.
