About these terms

These terms govern the use of the PineappleAI website and the Executive Intelligence Platform. By using the website, you accept the terms. The plan you select, together with these terms, forms the agreement between us.

The service

PineappleAI provides one service: the Executive Intelligence Platform. It is sold as three plans, Core Intelligence, Strategic Intelligence and Executive Intelligence, each described in full on the pricing page. The plans differ in the depth of the intelligence areas covered and in the workspace tier they open, not in the delivery formats.

How an engagement begins

There is no separate sales process to pass before you can start. The sequence is the same for every customer:

1. You choose one of the three plans on the pricing page.
2. You create your account as part of that selection. Accounts are created only through plan selection: there are no free public accounts and no trials.
3. You complete payment for the first month.
4. Onboarding begins, and we agree which data and access the first intelligence cycle requires.
5. The portal opens on the workspace tier your plan includes.

Your account and the portal

Access to the Executive Intelligence Platform follows the plan. Core Intelligence opens a limited workspace, Strategic Intelligence opens the full workspace, and Executive Intelligence adds board level views on top of it. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. Portal access continues for as long as the plan is paid and active.

Prices and payment

• All prices are stated per month in EUR on the pricing page. They are list prices and are the same for every customer.
• Each plan is a 12 month partnership, invoiced monthly. The term exists because the intelligence layer learns the business over time, and that is what makes the findings compound.
• After the initial 12 months the partnership continues monthly until either party ends it.
• No discounts, no promotional pricing, no trials and no hidden fees. There is no implementation fee and no separate one-off engagement to buy.
• Payment is handled by our payment provider. Card details are entered on their pages and are never stored by us.

How VAT is handled

The listed amount is what you are invoiced each month. Any VAT that applies in your country is handled on the invoice. No tax is calculated at checkout, so the amount you see when you select a plan is the amount charged. We collect your VAT number during checkout so that it appears on the invoice and documents an EU reverse charge where one applies.

Ending the partnership

The initial term runs for 12 months from the first payment. After that, the partnership continues month by month until either party ends it. When it ends, the plan runs to the end of the period already invoiced and portal access closes with it. You may request an export or the deletion of your data at any point, as described in our GDPR and data handling page.

No guaranteed results

We work on an evidence-based and conservative basis. We do not promise guaranteed savings, ROI or specific results. The improvement potential stated on each plan is guidance on who the plan suits, not a promised return. If an analysis finds nothing in a given area, we state that clearly.

Intellectual property

Content and material on the website belong to PineappleAI unless stated otherwise. The data you provide remains yours.

Changes

We may update these terms. The most recent version is always published here.

Governing law

Swedish law applies to these terms.
