Each month runs as a complete intelligence cycle. We analyse your business across areas such as profitability, growth, competition, operations and risk, turn the findings into prioritised recommendations, and publish the results as the executive deliverables included in your plan. Every cycle builds on the last, so the picture sharpens month after month.
How is the intelligence delivered?
Through the Executive Intelligence Platform, your private portal. Depending on your plan, each cycle delivers the Executive Intelligence Report, the Executive Briefing, the Executive Blueprint and the Executive Change Log. Everything is written for decision makers: concise, prioritised and free of jargon.

Why is it an investment rather than a cost?

How does the portal work?
The Executive Intelligence Platform is your private workspace. You sign in to find your current deliverables, your archive of previous cycles and a direct message channel to the team behind your account. Access is protected by your account login, and what is in there is visible to you alone.
How do we start?
Three steps. Choose your plan, create your account, and complete a short onboarding where we map your company, goals, competitors and priorities. Your first intelligence cycle starts from there. No technical work is required from your side.

How does billing work?
Every plan is a 12 month partnership, invoiced monthly in EUR. The listed amount is what you are invoiced; any VAT that applies in your country is handled on the invoice. After the initial term it continues monthly until either side ends it. Current pricing for all three plans is on the pricing page. There are no discounts, no promotional pricing and no hidden fees.
Why is it a 12 month partnership?
Because the value compounds. The intelligence layer learns your business month over month: it establishes baselines, tracks what changed, sees which actions worked and sharpens its priorities accordingly. A single month shows you findings. A year shows you a business that has actually moved. The term exists so the work has time to prove itself, not to lock you in.
How is our data handled?
Carefully, and inside the EU. Your data is used only to produce your intelligence, transport is encrypted, access is restricted to your account, and we sign a data processing agreement (DPA) on request. The details are on our security and GDPR pages.
